High accuracy gas mixers (gas blenders)
The PBI-Dansensor MAP Mix series consists of the gas mixers: MAP Mix 9001 ME and 8000 EL. They are based on a proportional mixing principle especially designed for packaging machines and industrial applications. The gases nitrogen, carbon dioxide, argon and oxygen are used in a 2-gas or 3-gas combination for instance in modified atmosphere packaging.

User-friendly
Due to its dynamic mixing principle, the MAP Mix series can be used for all types of packaging machines. Examples are flow packaging machines, thermoforming and traysealing machines. They are very user-friendly and boast a high level of accuracy - even under conditions that usually cause problems for the repeatability of most other mixers. 

The mixers have many features including on that helps to detect  when gas inlet pressure is too low with an alarm relay output to the external control.

All PBI-Dansensor gas mixers are tested to be in compliance with EU regulation 1934/2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.

The mixing principle of the MAP Mix series is very unique and can be used for all types of packaging machines, e. g. flow packaging machines and gas vacuum packaging machines as well.
