The Decagon AquaLab Series 3 is a research grade instrument. It is the world's fastest and most accurate water activity meter, capable of temperature controlled measurement in the range 15° to 50° C (3TE models only).

The AquaLab Series 3's patented 'chilled mirror dewpoint' sensor gives it unbeaten accuracy and allows average measurement times well under 5 minutes.
